Changes to applying for pre settle status online for none Eu

Hi. Is applying for none Eu person for pre settle status online with Euss family permit changed.

Now they are saying send your passport by post after the application.
And they are not asking you for biometric at ukvac centre.

Has any one applied for pre settle status online not the app recently?

Before they use to take to ukvac website to register for biometric and documents scanning now they don’t.
