changing employer query

Hi
I am currently on Tier 2 general and will be eligible for ilr in June
question is I got a new job and I want to change employer,will my deoendant need to apply as well as she has visa till 2016 July ?
Will changing employment jeopardise my Ilr?
Any advice ll be appreciated

Changing employment will not affect your ILR as long as the continuity is maintained.

manci,casa gurus please let me know if the dependant needs to apply same time as me or can I leave her application as she already has visa till 7/16?
