changing hearing venue

I appealed against the decision of HO in FTT, my case will be heard in Glasgow on 15th May 2014. The problem is that my representative live in London and due to some problems he can't travel to Glasgow, Is there any suitable way to change my hearing venue to London. I will be grateful for your valuable advise. Thank you
