Changing jobs but same Payroll Company

Hi

I hope someone can help..more so SoHopeful as i believe you have been in the same situation.

So we have submitted a spouse visa app, me being the sponsor. I have been told by my manager that my job is likely to finish at the beginning of July (at this time it will have been 6weeks since app has been submitted)

The employment letter i sent with the application was from the payroll company. (The company had mentioned the agency i was working through but i am classed as a permanent employee of the payroll company)

Now if i get a new job with a different agency but stay with the same payroll company, this still means i am withthe same employer right? As they are the ones that issue my payslips.

So if ECO was to do a check with HMRC (And i was with this new agency) i would be ok? As HMRC would have recordsof who pays my tax and not who i am employed via?

I hope this is clear and someone can help me.

if ECO wants to check ,they will verify your employer ie your payroll company from your text not the client ie the agency..

Thanks for your reply. However my employment letter from the payroll company mentions the agency (to say that i am employed via agency) and the agency have also written me a separate letter to say i am employed via them...can this be an issue if i was to go with another agency now? Would they query the letter?

So long as you were employed and are still employed and earning above the threshold then it should not be a problem whether you change job or not.
