CHANGING UK RESIDENCY STATUS

Hi,

I am from Cameron and I am living and working in the UK with work permit for the last 3 years

I got married to German citizen 7 months ago, I applied as non-EU family member of an EU using EEA2 and I am waiting for application confederation.

I discovered that my wife have ILR in the UK, if I apply as spouse for an UE citizen that have ILR in the UK, will this give me ILR.?

also If I continue to be employed for the next 2 years (which is not guaranteed), Then I will be completing 5 years of full employment, and I will be eligible for ILR.



If the 5 years residence card is granted to me, am I able to apply for ILR later as I am spouse to ILR or after completing 5 years of work, or because I have the 5 years residence card I can’t do that.?

please advise as I still can withdrew my EEA2 application and apply under different category that grants me faster ILR.?
