Good day
My Visa is Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Migrant
Valid from 02/14 to 02/17
National: Malaysian
My company : A Class Sponsor
My question
1. Can I extend my Visa for another 2 years after 2017 under ICT Long Term Staff Migrant
2. Incase I want to switch to Tier 2 ( General )
- Do I need to wait till my current ICT Visa expired in 2017 before I leave UK and reapply for Tier 2 ( General )
- Is 1 year cooling period apply to me
- Can my current sponsor apply Tier 2 (General) for me
In case I got my Tier 2 ( General ) in 09/2016 can I apply for IDR in 09/2021.
Would appreciate if you could advise me on this matter

Yes

In case I got my Tier 2 ( General ) in 09/2016 can I apply for IDR in 09/2021.
In country switching not allowed, need to apply from your home country & 1 year cooling period will apply after your exit from UK.
Would appreciate if you could advise me on this matter

- Do I need to wait till my current LTS ICT Visa expired in 2017 before I leave UK or can I leave before that
- Can my current employer spoonsor/ apply Tier 2 (General) for me after I cancel my Tier 2 ICT LTS Visa
In case I got my Tier 2 ( General ) in 09/2016 when would be the earliest I can file for my IDR.
Would appreciate that

You leave the UK. 12 months later you can apply for Tier 2 General. If you meet the other requirements for ILR, you could apply after 5 years on Tier 2 general.
