Cheap Spanish to English Translator

Hi, I know this isn't strictly speaking an Employment/job seeker query, but my wife has a Accounting degree from a Peruvian university, and needs to have it translated from Spanish into English, so she can present it to ACCA. She is hoping to have it done cheaply. Her Consulate do not do translations - instead they tried to send her to an expensive place in Piccadilly.

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced Spanish to English translator in London that she can use?
