Child Born in uk and applying tier 1 general depndt Mumbai

Hello Every One,

My Name is Sukh and i am on Tier 1 General (Earlier Known as HSMP) from 2013 for 3 years. So is my Wife.

We recently had our first baby, And we are planning to go to India (Mumbai), I have registered my child's birth and applied for Indian citizenship last week. And will apply for his passport as soon it is possible.

My major concern(s) are applying for Visa from India.

1) Can we apply visa from mumbai for my baby ?
2) What are the chances ??
3) How long does it take for a reply for visas?
4) What documents would we require ?
5) Has anyone successfully got the application sorted ?

I have read various threads abt the topic in questions but seems to be posts from 10 and 11, Nothing recent. Would the members and the moderators of the board please guide me in the right direction.
