Child Born in UK

Hello please advise if there is a deadline for applying for T1 G dependant for child born in UK?
or can i wait until we go for ILR in 2016?

In fact, you don't even have to get any kind of a visa when you go for ILR. Upon getting ILR, you can just register the child for British citizenship. Again, this assumes the child will never leave the country and need to return through immigration.
