Child British Citizenship application Questions.

Hi All,

We are in a process to apply for my Child citizenship via MN1 route and while filling the online form it does ask few documents and I am not sure what info I should provide for one of the questions.
Parents are Married before child was born and have marriage certiciate.

Questions is here -
Proof of "MotherName" parental responsibility for Miss xxxxxxx.
Proof of "MotherName" parental responsibility can include:
A copy of the birth certificate - Whose certificate I should provide Mother or Child?
A parental responsibility order, care order, adoption order or special guardianship order - What I should provide here?

Copy of child's birth certificate showing parents' names is sufficient.

Note the wording "can include".
