Child British Passport - Section 4 and 8

Hi,
I know this question has been asked before but I did not see a clear answer in other posts hence asking again.

I am applying for fast track British passport application for my child which can be done only through paper form. I and my wife have an ILR.

Section 4 says - If either parent were born after 1/1/83 or outside the UK, you will need to give full name, town,country,date of birth and marriage of your grandparents(or details of your parents claim to British nationality) at section 8.

I am not sure what information to fill in in section 8?
I think some people on this site have gone thorugh this process. Can you please help me with this query?

Also Section 5, I have to cross 'NO' as citizenship is by birth (birth to ilr parents in uk)?
