Is child delivery considered medical treatment

Post by Khorse » Thu Mar 27, 2014 11:26 pm

Dear all,

I have an ILR and my wife is applying for a dependent/settlement visa. Over the years she has had student visa/dependent visa/visitor visa. Our daughter was born while my wife was on dependent visa. Now when filling up the online application for settlement. One of the question say - Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK?

So my question is child delivery considered medical treatment for VISA purpose??

Also for my daughter, will her visits to the GP considered medical treatment for visa purpose??

Many thanks guys and please ANSWER..!
