Child Passport under 16 need help

Hello Everyone,

My Child who is age 7 born in Pakistan and has a British passport which was applied from Pakistan and he is still living in Pakistan since birth. His British passport is going to expire in June 2023. I need to know that :

- Do I apply online or do I have to apply from Pakistan?

- I have to add his middle name through the deed poll, so, in that case, do I have to fill Renew passport application form or the New passport application form?
