hello all, perhaps some one can help me, i'm going to india soon to marry my girlfriend . i'm British, I'm married so first i've got to get a divorce, i have one child, who's staying with the wife here, child support has been agreed between us at the moment , don't know much about Child Support Agency , But my question is how will this affect the visa application, as i can't find any reference to this.
