Child tax credit for child living abroad

Hi,

I am a Dutch national with a non EU spouse. We have a child together who is a Dutch national. I also have a child from a previous relationship who lives in the Netherlands with her mom but I am financialy responsible for my child who lives in the Netherland.

Do i qualify for child tax credit for my child who lives in the Netherlands?
