From time to time someone raises the issue of CTC for people who are subject to immigration control ('No recourse to Public Funds'). It seems that people who are subject to immigration control will not be able to claim this payment as the claim form asks the claimant "Are you subject to immigration control?". A yes answer will automatically lead to the rejection of the claim.
