Child travelling to UK with non parent

Post by rahulb1 » Fri Mar 18, 2016 1:25 pm

Hi All

My son is currently in India. He is a Indian passport holder with ICT Tier 2 dependent VISA and will be travelling to UK with my Brother in Law who has different surname. My Brother in Law is travelling on family visitor visa. Do he have to carry any documents as he will be travelling with my son?

Me and my wife are in UK and I have given him a consent letter (signed by me & my wife) and also copies of our passports. Is that enough? However the copies are not notarised. Is that ok?

Thanks All.
