Childish rule without any feasibility of tier4

Post by krunaljoshi230 » Sat Dec 10, 2011 12:37 pm

Two of my friends were studying on tier4 visas, they clear the two semester and in the desertation they couldn't pass. they get there result on 10 november 2011, now the next study period start at 28 january 2012, Uni wants them to go to home country and apply visas from there because it is more than 60 days of non-study period. Officially they have permit of tier4 is up to 31 january 2012. Please suggest any suitable option or They should go to see a lawyer. I don't understand the rule for even they are going home for less than a month. Appearently, in home country, the facilities are less than here so As of my knowledge it is not possible to get back in this short period.

wait till 25th or 28th January and go back to university when session starts which is before your visa is expiring , and ask them to issue you with CAS. Home office doesnt restrict your stay for as long as your stay is within six months of your studies.

if you go to them by 28th , i am sure they will help you out cos you have visa till 30th January.
