children based on half-life in the UK

Date of Asylum Application: September 2010
Visa currently have: Discretionary Leave to Remain.
Entered UK: July 2010
Date of Visas received: January 2015
Application renewal: July 2018
Age of kids when entered the UK in 2010:
Kid 1 - 9 years old /
Kid 2 - 3 years old /
kid 3 - 1-year-old.

Kids ages now:

Kid1 - 17 years old will be 18 years old on July 19.
Kid2 - 11 years Old will turn 12 years old in May 19.
Kid3 - will turn 10 years old end of January.
already have to leave to remain twice.
Can he apply British citizenship for his three children based on half-life in the UK?
