Cifas cat 6

Hi I wonder if a cat 6 cifas would effect the settlement status of any kind and also would it effect me travelling forth and back to England?

Have you ever been arrested and / or prosecuted for any financial crimes?
If the answer is no - then by whatever means you have been placed on CIFAS is irrelevant for immigration purposes.

can i ask why you got the marker?
i have the same for BBL bounce back loan from HSBC. and limited company dissolved via compulsory strike off action.

i don't what to do.
