Citizenship approved but certificate is not issued by Home office

Dear All

I gave my biometrics on 17th October 22. After 6 months is over, I started to chase and following message arrived from Home office this week.
' I have checked the system and can see that your application was approved on the 15th December 2022 however there has been a delay with the printing of the certificate.'

HO says they will chase it.

I saw one person has still not received his approval for 12 months eventhough his application was approved butvdue to system error his certificate was not issued.

We received above home office reply in one week after our complain. Anyone had similar issue? I wonder how long it would take from now?

No one can tell you how long it takes. Do exercise patience

Thank you for your unique advice.. I was actually asking to find out if anyone else having the same situation if so how long usually it takes to resolve?
