Citizenship for my Partner Living in Spain

My Partner is from Uruguay we are not maried, we have 3 children, 1 Spanish and 2 British, can she apply for British Citizenship from Spain?

How would that work then? No residency, no citizenship I'm afraid.

No, she needs to migrate to Britain and later on become a British citizen by naturalisation after meeting normal residence requirements.

Would she lose her Uruguay citizenship and if so, would this be a problem?
