Hi All,
Friend of mine has applied for naturalization without releasing that a CCJ has been registered against the company once he was associated as director.Although civil judgement was registered against the company.
My query is that will it have any impact on his application?
has any one on this forum come across such a situation.

Once its discolosed he might not have any issues - but thats a big MIGHT!
