Civil Court judgement against you - non payment debt

Hi,

I have been in the UK since April 2022 under spouse visa (2.9 years) I’m going to apply/extend my visa at the end of this year for another 2.5 year. I have got a civil court judgement for non payment debts in my home country during in 2023. In convictions and other penalties asking at anytime have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country? Should I say yes for a civil court judgement against you … i don’t CCJ in the UK. Can anyone please advise? And do i have to show any documents regarding this point as my document is not in Eng, I will need to translate. I’m so worried about this if i don’t declare and Home office get my details i will get visa refusal. Thank you.
