Post by klebessa » Tue Jun 20, 2006 7:21 pm

hi, my situation is kind of complicated, well i have been in one relationship for almost 2 years now, with one british citizan, we met in brazil, but we had started our relation in london, we was living together, and in love, and we want to live together forever, that was the reason that we decided to do the civil partiner ship last year, but we was inforn that we can not do that on the student visa, so we was planning to brazil in janury of this year to apply for the visa, must last december i have been removed, when i was walking on oxford street, one immigration staff asked me for my passaport, as i had overstay my visa, i got removed, so we have been doing everything that we can since than to stay together, one week afther that, he went to brazil to stay 8 days with me, and we decide what to do, we search for lawyer, advices, everything, until we know what to do, we went to italy to stay for 3 months until we had some ideas, we staied with friends, he works for brithish airways, what make easier, so we could come to see me every week afther work, we decided to do the civil partnership at the brithish consulate in soulth of africa as his family lives there, so we do have the civilpartnership already, we are going to apply for the visa next mouth, i would like to know if all the documents that we got is enough, and what are our chances, the documents are:

civil partnership certificate

last 6 paysleps
pictures from south of africa, brazil, italy, espan, uk together, with family, friend

last 6 mouths home phone\ mobile bills. more than £600 on call for me

plain ticket from everytime that he went to see me in brazil and italy afther what happened ( more than 30)

letters from friends

letters from the land lord, who lives together with him. saying that we used to live there and we will still gonna live there.
more bill that proves the same address, and payment of the rent.

letter that we did last year for brithish airways saying that we live together since last year to put me as his partner on the staff travel ( so i just pay 10% of the price of the ticket for brithish airways or any air company).

letter from brithish airways saying that i have the right of fly brithish airways or other companys for 10% of the price since last year as im his partner.

letter fom himself saying what happened and why we want me back in the conutry. letter from myself.

There seem to be a number of documents missing from your list. Download the INF 4 Guidance Notes by clicking here.

Documents missing? For example, bank statements and birth certificates. But do check the full list.
