First post - what a useful resource!
FLR based on a civil partnership is usually for 2 years. Is there any point supplying additional information to the HO to ask for FLR to be given for 3 years where a job offer specifies that applicants must have 3 years leave to remain?
Is it best to include the request with the initial application, or to await the decision and then ask for an extension?
