Civil Partnerships with Non-EEA Partner

Post by mediter » Mon Mar 13, 2006 3:11 pm

Hello all,

I am interested in other people's opinions about the Civil Partnership legislation. It is facilitating the immigration of civil partners of British or EU citizens settled in Britain.

Heterosexual couples have had this opportunity for ages, are we moving one step closer to equality and social inclusion?

Any stories to share?

I am a post-graduate doing research on this topic.

Thanks,
Roberto
