Not for your husband, only for urself. If he is working tho and supporting you you must declare it to the benefits office and it will reduce or remove you benefits.

When I do fill in the benefit form, do I have to declare that I am married and produce a spreadsheet of his expenses and salary even thou he is living overseas.

peaches50, are you being financially supported by your husband? If yes, roughly how much money is he sending you?

Child Benefit is obviously not a problem, as that is not means-tested.

No I am not been supported by this man because we are not yet married. He does not send me any money.

peaches50, if you proceed to get married, your husband, what sort of income does he have? Employment income? Self-employment income? Property income? Bank interest? What?
