Hi Admin
I have a question please answer if you can. I habe ILR and my wife has 30 months limited leave to remain i have 1 daughter she was orn in uk. Can i claim benefits will this effects my wifes future extensions and her ILR she js currently on 10 years route.

It depends on what you qualify for based on your household income.

Child benefit must be claimed in YOUR name only.

Child tax credits, if you qualify, MUST be claimed in JOINT names with your spouse.
