Child Benefit form Help!

I know I have to claim child benefit in my name ( I'm British citizen ) as my wife is on her visa on section 1 About you do I tick Married as we are married.

Section 1 about you I put my details and On section 2 do I put in my wife details in if I do will this be a joint claim if it’s needed to put in wife’s details on section 2 question 32 It’s say is your partner entitaled to child benefit I tick no is that right.


Can someone tell me I know child tax credit has to be in joint claimant me being the main Applicant

You need to put your wife's details. It won't be a joint claim.

Tick no on entitled to question for her.
