Child tax credit and Working tax credit

Hi everyone,
My husband, myself and our baby, live and work in the UK, My husband is British in fulltime employment, and I am working part time because I'm a tier4 student.
We jointly claim Working and child tax credit , now wanting to switch to a spouse vise, I was wondering whether the receipt of such benefit affect my spouse visa application or result in refusal?
Please note that our joint incomes can fulfill the financial requirement without adding the income received from tax credit.
Please let me know as soon as possible.

Claiming in joint names should not affect your spouse visa application as you are claiming correctly.

Yes it is a benefit but it does not affect the spouse visa if claimed correctly in joint names. See page 18 (click)
