Good morning all,
Please I need your advice, I was once living together with my wife but now separated and living afar from each other, I am on the verge of applying for child tax credit for my son.

Am I going to claim alone without involving my former ex as we are separated ?

Pls I will need your advice.

Child tax credits MUST be claimed in joint names.

In November you were still on Tier 2 General??
