Claim Child Tax credit while Wife on 10 year route family Visa

I have a question that I and My newborn baby is British National and my wife and 2 kids are on 10-year route family visa and its mentioned on their visa"No Public funds". I want to know if I apply for a child tax credit and working tax credit will it affect my wife's visa extension. Because I have to give my wife's details as well on Child Tax credit form.
I will be very thankfull if someone gives me a correct guide.

If you claim CTC & WTC in joint names this will be fine. Child benefit should be claimed in your name alone.
