Claiming child benefit will affect PBS dependent’s future ILR Application

I will get ILR next month but wife will continue to be in PBS dependent for next 3 years (as she will qualify only after that). So when I apply for child Benifits or 30 hours in nursery, would my wife be having any issues when applying ILR after 3 years? (As one of the questions in ILR application says ‘does your or your partner claim any benefits’)
