Healthy Start Vouchers ( partner under immigration control )

Hi I wanted to know if I can claim Healthy Start Vouchers as I am entitled to it.

I am British, My wife is on her Visa.

Can I Claim healthy Start Vouchers I earn less then £16,190 per year.

When I apply do I put in my wife’s details and tick Child Tax Credit ( with a family income of £16,190 or less per year ).
