Student funding

Hello gurus,
I have an inquiry regarding student finance. I have a MA degree in management, which i haven't done very well in. got just normal pass with the lowest grades. I want to study Midwifery now or social work. is it possible to get any student funding for these subjects? Can anyone please help me with some advice on how to start over as i am not doing very well with my current career.
