Universal Credit FLR M Dependent Child

Hi

I want apply for Child Benefits and Tax credits but unfortunately I live in area where Universal Credit has been rolled out so I have to apply for UC.

I am a British citizen with two children , One is British by naturalisation other born outside UK and is on FLR M dependent child, wife on FLR M visa 2.5 years

UC website says if other partner is not eligible to claim benefits we can apply as a single person.

but it doesn't mention anything about FLR M dependent child.

Can I apply as single child or with two children
