Claiming Benefits(Working Tax Credit)

Hi,

I have spouse visa(2 years) with NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS WRTTEN in it but My husband is British Citizen.

My question is:
Would claiming Working Tax Credit or Housing Benefit affect us in any way when applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
