Access to public funds - universal credit

Post by HI1406 » Tue Aug 25, 2020 6:13 pm

Hi guys

Does anyone have any information about the rulings around access to public funds such as universal credit? I’d like to apply for universal credit to help with childcare Costs however my husband is on a spouse visa. I’ve already read the access to public funds guidance but it only gives info on child tax credits and not specifically universal credit which has replaced child tax credits for new applicants. Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance.
