child Benefit and BRP

Post by mnooor » Fri Jan 17, 2020 4:46 pm

Hi everyone,
I would like to apply for my child Benefit who was outside the UK, so my question is it enough, just send BRP rather than his passport...
Thanks in advance

Is the child in the UK or abroad?? Your post isn't clear.

For child benefit, you need to send brp, passport and birth certificate. You can only claim for children living in the UK.

I assume settlement rather than statement.
