CHILD BENEFITS

Dear Members,

I am a British citizen, my wife is in spouse visa(2.5years) and two of my kids are in dependent child visa (2.5) years. Could anyone please tell me can i apply child benefit for my kids?
if i apply child benefit, is there any issue for their next visa extension and their ILR ?
Both kids are born outside UK.

As per your link, I can’t claim child benefit.
If I claim that will affect my child visa in future.
