Does claiming Child Benefit affect ILR of dependants

Hi,

It would be helpful to get clarification on this.
I have ILR and is eligible for British Citizenship. My wife and son are on FLR M via and is eligible for ILR only by Jan 2026.

Could you please advise with this background, if i can cliam benefits for ex., Child benefit based on my ILR status for my son and would it impact in any way getting ILR or citizenship for my wife and son when they become eligible.
