Housing benefit

Can someone please advise on the following.

If tenancy is on my name and I claim housing benefit, will this affect my husbands FLR.

You can only claim Housing Benefit as a single person (assuming no children), but all household income will be taken into consideration when assessing the claim, and must be declared.
