How long does it take for a decision for NRPF change?

I'm curious - has anyone applied for NRPF removal? If so, how long did it take for them to get a decision back to you?

They don't state how long it takes them to review and respond, only that it's within a reasonable time. Does this mean within a month? 3, 6, 9 months?
