How many hours of free child care if mother on spouse visa and father is British

How many hours of free child care if mother on spouse visa and father is British

Hi guys,

What is the situation with regards to eligibility if Mother has no recourse to public funds, and father is a british citizen? Child is born in UK and is a British Citizen.

If Mother and Father are married (mother on spouse visa) would we be able to claim Tax Free Child-care and 30 Hours free childcare without falling foul of No Recourse to Public funds criteria of mother's visa?

Yep, you're fine to claim. Father makes the claim, not the mother. It's your entitlement as a Brit.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
