ILR - 30 hrs ChildCare

Hi Guys,

I have a small query regarding 30 hrs Childcare which we have been claiming for 6 months for our
Child (British).I am an IT consultant and I operate via my Limited company and my wife is on Tier 1 Dependent Visa who will be applying for her ILR in Jan 2021 . I 've added my wife as a partner/shareholder in my Ltd company and we both have been claiming 30 Hrs Childcare from the past 6- 8 months via me(British Citizen) and my wife who is on Tier 1 Dependent Visa. My query is will this affect her ILR application in Jan 2021 by any chance as her visa stated has No Recourse to Public Funds.
Any help regarding this will be appreciated.
