ILR Does effect if your spouse claiming universal credit

hi all,
i am new here i dont know how its work i heard from my friend about it and i want to know if my spouse claiming the benefit does it effect on my ILR and i am on 5 year route i had job when i extend my visa but now i am jobless so if i cant get job r they gonna put on 10 year route or whats gonna happen let me know please if anyone know about it thanks

you need to provide the detail what and how your partner claim benefit.....

It will affect your ILR if your partner put your name together for the benefit application, especially if your partner can get more benefit than if he/she applied alone without your name.
