Your rights with settled or pre-settled status
You’ll be able to:

work in the UK
use the NHS
enrol in education or continue studying
access public funds such as benefits and pensions, if you’re eligible for them
travel in and out of the UK

Thank you for your reply . I have read online that some people with pre settled status were refused universal credit because pre settled is a limited leave to remain and that they needed to have a separate right to reside in order to claim benefits

Separate right meaning they must either be working , self employed etc

That’s the reason I wanted to know whether anyone has successfully applied and claim universal credit with their pre settled status
