Hi everyone i am going to apply ILR in june 2020
And my husband is currently claiming working tax credit,will that effect the application.Should i just phone and cancel the whole claim,or see if i can get it transferred in my name as i am British citizen. :roll:

Tax Credits must be a joint claim for couples. Insofar as one of that couple is settled/British then the claim is valid for both and will not affect future applications. If you stop the claim you would have to claim Universal Credit which does not have such accommodating rules.
