Went to India now stuck, can I get universal credit?

Hi,
I went to India for a month but my return flight on 21/03 got cancelled and now the situation in the UK is not good. I'm planning on staying in India for another month just to be on the safe side.

My question is can I claim universal credit whilst in India?
